Parashift Intelligent Content AI helps Enterprises to minimize the time spent processing and understanding documents across all processes.
For professionals already leveraging the Parashift Platform, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting new feature. Our ML and engineering teams worked tirelessly to develop Automation Agents that take your document processing to the next level—empowering you to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and boost accuracy.
Our new Automation Agents are designed to:
- Automate repetitive tasks so your team can focus on higher-value activities.
- Apply standardized rules across all documents to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Minimize human error by automating routine data handling and processing tasks.
How Automation Agents work
Automation Agents on the Parashift Platform monitor incoming documents, evaluate predefined conditions, and execute targeted actions—all within the familiar configuration panel. Key technical capabilities include:
- Customizable Conditions:
Set up triggers based on specific field values, document types, user roles, language, or source channels, enabling you to tailor processing logic to your organization’s needs.
- Targeted Actions:
When conditions are met, Automation Agents can:
1) Set Field Values: Automatically update document fields.
2) Edit Document Metadata: Modify document names, add comments, or assign tags.
3) Insert or Update Master Data: Seamlessly integrate with your master data tables.
4) Route Documents: Direct documents to designated users or groups to optimize approval and validation processes.
- Seamless Integration:
Accessible through the familiar Parashift configuration panel, Automation Agents allow both technical and business users to easily configure and adjust automation parameters as your requirements evolve.
How it transforms your Parashift experience
One of our leading Parashift customers has taken their already robust invoice processing workflow to the next level by integrating Automation Agents. With this new capability, their process has become even more agile, efficient, and precise.
For example:
- Streamlined Classification:
As invoices enter the system, Automation Agents instantly recognize and classify them by evaluating key details such as vendor names, document formats, and language. This ensures that only genuine invoices move forward for processing, further optimizing the established workflow.
- Smart Routing and Approval:
Based on pre-defined business rules, invoices are automatically routed to the appropriate team members. High-value invoices are flagged for senior review, while standard invoices are seamlessly directed to the payment queue, ensuring that approvals are handled swiftly and efficiently.
By integrating Automation Agents, our customer has elevated their workflow to deliver even greater efficiency and accuracy. This enhancement empowers teams to focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining the high standards they expect from the Parashift Platform.
Best practices for implementation
To maximize the benefits of Automation Agents, we recommend the following best practices:
- Pilot Implementation:
Begin by automating a select group of repetitive tasks to measure impact and fine-tune conditions and actions.
- Continuous Monitoring:
Regularly review agent performance and adjust your automation rules as business needs evolve.
- Thoughtful Integration:
Ensure that Automation Agents complement your existing workflows, supporting areas where consistency and speed are critical without disrupting established processes.
