Frequently asked questions
What's included in an edition?
Each edition includes the base subscription with the features listed in the comparison table, plus a matching transaction allowance. Add-on options such as support plan or licensing model are booked separately.
How is the price calculated?
The price results from the edition you choose, your expected usage volume, the support plan, and any add-on options. Since this combination differs for every company, we prepare an individual quote for you.
What does "minimum subscription" mean?
Each edition carries a minimum subscription baseline of CHF 18,000 (EUR 19,000) per year, regardless of the transaction volume actually used. We're happy to discuss the exact details in a personal conversation.
Do you offer better rates at high volume?
Yes – following the principle of a classic cloud commitment model: tiered rates per transaction are based on the contractually committed allowance, not on actual consumption. A higher committed allowance brings better rates; spontaneous extra usage beyond the committed allowance is not automatically billed at the lower rate.
Can I change editions later?
Switching to a higher edition (upgrade) is possible at any time during your contract term. Switching to a lower edition (downgrade) is not available during the current contract term. Just talk to your sales contact about it.
What contract terms and licensing models are available?
You can choose between terms of 12 to 60 months, as well as between an enterprise-wide license and a license limited to a single department.
