Managing large sets of documents and batches can be a time-consuming process, but document automation can help streamline this workflow. With a few simple list hacks on the Parashift Platform, you can significantly boost your productivity and make document processing faster and more efficient. Whether you’re working with document batches, performing classifications, or reviewing data, these time-saving tips will make your life easier and your work more streamlined.
Switch to Expert Mode for deeper Document insights
By default, Parashift provides a clean, easy-to-navigate view of your document lists. But when you’re managing a complex document processing workflow, sometimes you need more detailed insights. Expert Mode unlocks additional information such as the current workflow step, tenant ID, and document ID, allowing you to dive deeper into your document automation processes.
Tip: Switch to Expert Mode whenever you need detailed data for better control over your document processing tasks, or when working with more complex configurations.
Preview Documents without leaving the list view
Switching between document lists and individual document pages can be a hassle. Thankfully, Parashift’s document automation platform lets you preview documents directly within the list. Just hover over the document name, and you’ll see a snapshot of the document’s content, all without losing your place in the list.
Tip: Hover over the document name to quickly rename or copy the document ID to your clipboard. This small feature can save you a lot of time when dealing with a large volume of documents in your document automation workflow.
Bulk actions to simplify Document Processing
When working with document automation, efficiency is key. One of the best features in Parashift is the ability to perform bulk actions on selected documents. Whether you’re reclassifying documents, resetting them, or copying them, you can perform these actions on multiple documents at once, which is a huge time-saver.
Tip: Mark multiple documents in your list and perform bulk actions like reclassification or resetting them. This eliminates the need for tedious one-by-one document processing.
Navigate multiple Documents without losing your place
If you need to review multiple documents in your document processing workflow, jumping between them can quickly become a hassle. The solution? Open each document in a new tab! Simply right-click the document and select “Open in New Tab.” This way, you can quickly access multiple documents without losing your spot in the list view.
Pro Tip: Use the middle mouse button in most browsers (including Chrome and Edge) to open links in a new tab automatically. This is especially useful when you’re reviewing or processing multiple documents quickly in your document automation workflow.
Use filters to stay organized in Document Automation
Working with large datasets or batches of documents can easily become overwhelming. Parashift’s filtering systemallows you to quickly narrow down your results and focus on the documents that matter most. Whether you’re filtering by classification, extraction, or separation, this feature ensures you stay organized and efficient in your document automation tasks.
Tip: Use filters regularly to sort documents by type, status, or any other relevant criteria to stay organized, especially when managing large volumes of documents.
By using these list hacks in Parashift, you can significantly streamline your document processing and improve your overall productivity. These tips help you work faster, more efficiently, and with greater accuracy, whether you’re dealing with a few documents or managing large batches.
Parashift’s intuitive platform, combined with these time-saving document automation hacks, will transform the way you handle document workflows. Save time, reduce errors, and focus on what really matters—creating value for your organization.
